September’s GlossyBox arrives……
by afashionablelifeforme
I posted recently that I had signed up for Glossy Box and it finally arrived! I spoiled the surprise of the contents on Twitter but they didn’t disappoint!
I received my (gorgeous) box about a week after UK customers. It was too large for my letterbox and went back to the sorting office where my husband was unimpressed thrilled to collect it for me.
It contained a full size Neal and Wolf intensive care treatment for hair, a sample of a new perfume by make up artist Mary Greenwall, a full sized HD Brows palette, two large sachets of Dead Sea Spa Magik and Kimia facial system samples. All looked and importantly for me, smelt good.
The only product that I have used so far is the HD Brows palette, it has four shades to suit all brows. All can be used as eyeshadows too.
I’m going to exercise restraint and keep the products till I need them. I recently opened a gigantic 400ml of conditioner and am using a Neal’s Yard facial oil I bought in London. I never have a million products open at one time.
Top tip for beauty products – take advantage of any special offers on beauty products; all the buy one get one free or three for two offers. I have a small vintage suitcase crammed full of unused beauty products and I always check there first before buying a new product. It does save money.
Top tip to get the most from your Glossy Box – if there is a full size luxe product that you could survive without, re-gift it at Christmas!
